A Company Built on People
Jaatram Logistics started in 2022 with a small team and a single Dragonfly station contract in Brantford, Ontario. Today, we are a team of 140 delivery professionals and 12 experienced supervisors serving nine stations across Ontario, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick. That growth was only possible because of the people who joined us and stayed.

What Delivery Drivers Do at Jaatram
Our delivery drivers are the core of everything we do. On a typical day, a Jaatram driver will arrive at the station, receive their route assignment, sort and load their packages, and then head out to deliver between 100 and 180 stops across residential and commercial areas.
It is a role that requires physical stamina, time management, local knowledge, and a customer-first mindset. Our drivers represent Jaatram Logistics, and more broadly the Dragonfly brand, every time they step out of their van. That is a responsibility we take seriously, and we make sure our team is supported, trained, and equipped to meet it.
Training and Onboarding
Every new driver at Jaatram Logistics goes through a structured onboarding process. This includes route familiarization, safe driving training, package handling protocols, use of the Dragonfly driver app, customer interaction training, and a review of Dragonfly's delivery standards.
We do not put drivers on routes until they are confident and prepared. Our supervisors work closely with new hires during their first weeks to provide feedback, support, and guidance. We want every driver to feel capable and supported from day one.
Growth Opportunities
One of the things we are most proud of at Jaatram Logistics is our culture of internal growth. Many of our supervisors started as delivery drivers. As the company has expanded to new stations and new provinces, we have promoted from within wherever possible.
